What you will be doing:
- Develop, establish and maintain processes and systems for staff training to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the centre.
- Coordinate the financial, administrative and human resource functions of the centre to ensure compliance with the policies and standard.
- Ensure that all staff movements are captured and reflected correctly in the HR and financial systems.
- Assist in the provision of effective cost centre management including managing the centre maintenance budget.
- Develop effective relationships with the public, customers, staff, government agencies and relevant non-government service organisations.
- Lead, establish and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day to day operations.
- Undertake regular security audits to ensure the safe and secure operation of the centre.
- Tenancy management responsibilities
- Maintain, oversee and provide administration support to all centre staff.
Mandatory Requirement
Class C Driver's License
