Arts Queensland (AQ), now part of Department of Education, is looking for a permanent flexible full-time Director – Arts Business Services (ABS) to work within our Agencies, Governance & Infrastructure (AG&I) team.
As Director - ABS you will develop and manage financial strategy and processes for strategic business and financial management of the arts portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring AQ is compliant with relevant legislative requirements including reporting, procurement, human resource management and information management to support effective decision making. A key responsibility includes the provision of advice and support to five Arts Statutory Bodies and Arts Shareholder Companies on relevant matters.
Please note, you will be working in a multi-discipline team where current knowledge of HR relevant legislation, directives and processes will be desirable.

Arts Queensland is looking for a permanent full-time Director - Arts Business Services (SO) to come and work with us.

This position also has HR and Financial Delegations and manages five (5) direct reports.

Additional Information:
- Salary: $184,842 - $193,402 p.a. (total renumeration including leave loading and super)
- Salary and employment conditions are in line with the current Senior officer - employment conditions (Directive 10/23)
