About the role

Temporary full time opportunity to provide effective planning and scheduling of preventative maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, plant, infrastructure, and systems.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain high quality fundamental Master Data records to enable accurate, real-time reporting across the
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic Maintenance Planning structure within Computerised Maintenance Management Software System S/4HANA inclusive of Technical Objects (Functional Locations and Equipment), Work Centre's, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and their Maintenance Items etc. across Caboolture-Kilcoy & Woodford.
  • Manage the Preventative Maintenance Index along with associated tools, such as Key Performance Indicator spreadsheets to track and record completed maintenance per financial
  • Evaluate asset maintenance data and liaise with stakeholders to initiate and administer maintenance programs to ensure compliance with statutory and best practice requirements in alignment with Asset Management Task Specifications or as per local
