About you:
In your new role you will:
- Exercise clinical judgement in providing services of a complex nature where principles, procedures, techniques or methods require expansion, adaptation or modification with minimal supervision and a high degree of independence.
- Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with clients and their carers, other health professionals, students and external agencies to achieve a client centred approach, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required.
- Continually develop clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and engaging in professional development activities, including participating in the performance appraisal and development plans.
