About you:
In your new role you will:
- Provide clients with household care duties such as cleaning or accompanied shopping assistance.
- Undertake specified duties in a timely and professional manner as stipulated in the individualised care plans.
- Maintain professional boundaries and communicate effectively with clients, carers and family members.
- Liaise closely with the Home Care Coordinator, reporting all client changes, concerns and incidents.
