In this role, you will:
- Lead the JADE function to deliver high-quality organisational design, job architecture and establishment services, building team capability and driving continuous improvement.
- Provide authoritative advice to senior leaders on complex workforce and structural matters, translating strategy, service delivery models and funding into fit-for-purpose organisational structures.
- Ensure strong governance and executive confidence by managing risk, applying legislation and directives consistently, and preparing clear, evidence-based advice to support informed decision-making.
Success will require:
- Deep technical expertise - Extensive experience in organisational design, job architecture and establishment management within a large, complex environment, supported by strong analytical judgement.
- Senior leadership and influence - Proven capability to lead specialist teams, influence senior leaders and provide trusted, evidence-based advice in complex and high-risk contexts.
- Communication and values-based leadership - High-level written communication skills and an inclusive leadership approach aligned to public sector values and contemporary people practices.
