Moranbah is located in the northern part of the Isaac Regional Shire approximately 200 kilometres south-west of Mackay. It is one of the youngest towns in Queensland; developed as a home for miners and their families. Moranbah has developed into a warm and welcoming town that boasts an array of modern facilities that have made it a hub for the Isaac Region.
Moranbah's position in the region makes it central to some of the best experiences the area has to offer. Public artworks fill the town giving it character and charm; the Musical Railway and Musical Table and Chairs are local favourites. Take a relaxing stroll down the Federation Walk to see the town's infamous Big Red Rhino Bucket, a tribute to the town's mining connections. Moranbah truly encompasses the best of rural living and this position provides an opportunity to join this amazing community that should not be missed.
