About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Operate autonomously to deliver complex business and administrative services, interpreting information, adapting processes, and resolving issues through research and expert advice.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparation of reports and correspondence, and recommend practical solutions to operational problems.
  • Lead and manage school support staff, including workforce planning, performance management, recruitment, induction, training, and approval of timesheets, leave, rosters, and relief.
  • Support the Principal with budget preparation and financial management, including expenditure monitoring, payroll, purchasing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.
  • Oversee facilities, resources, and contractor management, build professional networks, and apply strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations and support a positive school environment.
