Mackay North State High School is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and innovative Executive Services and Marketing Officer to provide high-level executive support to the Principal and Senior Executive Team while leading the school's marketing, communications, and community engagement activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant school community while combining executive administration, marketing, communications, and event management in a rewarding and diverse role. You will help showcase the school's achievements, strengthen community connections, and support the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.69FTE), 50 hours per fortnight.

About the Role:
- Contribute to the effective and efficient management and administration of the school by providing a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Principal/Executive Principal/Senior Executive Team.
- Assist in the development of innovative marketing and communication strategies and the coordination of special events for the school.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Principal and Senior Executive Team.
- Coordinate school events, ceremonies, and community engagement activities.
- Develop and implement marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives to enhance the school's profile.
- Manage the school's website, social media platforms, newsletters, and publications.
- Maintain information management systems, records, and administrative processes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, staff, alumni, industry partners, media, and the wider community.
- Assist with marketing planning, budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
