Lead the Special Education Program and one of the largest Early Childhood Development Programs in the Rockhampton region.

Working as part of the leadership team, you will strengthen inclusive practices, support staff capability and ensure students with disability receive effective adjustments and targeted support.

Your opportunity

As Head of Special Education Services, you will lead a dedicated team supporting students with disability across the Special Education Program and Early Childhood Development Program (ECDP).

The role focuses on building staff capability, strengthening collaborative partnerships with families and external agencies, and ensuring personalised supports enable students to access and engage in learning. Experience supporting students with disability in early childhood and/or primary settings, including implementing classroom adjustments, will be highly regarded.

You will be joining a supportive team. Specialised health training required for the Early Childhood Development Program will be provided on site.
