Your opportunity:

This role requires that you live in Longreach and work from the site. You will need to source your own accommodation. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide advice and support to maximise the effectiveness of ICT operations within the school, including the acquisition, installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of equipment.
  • Deliver technical guidance, instruction and assistance to staff and the school community regarding electronic equipment, in line with relevant policies, guidelines and network standards.
  • Assist with delivering staff training to support the effective use of ICT tools in the provision of educational services to students.
  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to staff and students, resolving issues with school computing facilities while maintaining a high level of customer service and communication.
