As a Senior Change and Communications Advisor, you will undertake and provide expertise in specialised program/project activities, specifically organisation-wide change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement, to enable the successful delivery of a large scale, complex project to improve workforce management solutions and processes. You will be part of an ICT-enabled business change project, focused on enhancing Queensland Health's workforce management capability.
What you'll do
You will:
- Develop and deliver change management and communications activities to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of project initiatives.
- Initiate, influence and maintain effective relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders to achieve high level engagement, manage needs and expectations, mitigate risks, and support change.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage defined engagement, consultation, and communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, and facilitate the business change decision-making processes, and the planning and implementation of change.
- Proven effective consultation, facilitation, written and oral communication skills for use in a complex program/project environment, and in developing and adapting communications materials and key messages to suit a range of audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
- While not mandatory, at least 5 years' experience working in corporate or internal communications roles would be highly regarded.
Intrastate travel is a requirement for this role.
