As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal in developing and executing strategic HR solutions that are aligned with business objectives, address workforce challenges, and drive organisational success.
What you'll do
- Build collaborative strategic relationships with client portfolio leaders and their teams by developing a deep understanding of their business and through the provision of contemporary human resources and consultancy services to ensure delivery of best practice people strategies and solutions and the achievement of business objectives.
- Operate as a strategic partner to deliver technical and strategic human resources advice and recommendations across a broad range of areas such as workforce planning, performance management, complex issue resolution and HR programs and policy.
- Foster a collaborative engagement approach with clients to embed a coaching culture and improve the leadership and people capability of client portfolios to achieve strategic objectives.
- Provide high level and influential HR and employee relations advice and services to client portfolios to develop and increase awareness and capability in managing complex human resources matters, and to promote and facilitate best practice outcomes and risk mitigation.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Proven success in a business partnering environment, developing and implementing HR solutions that align with business objectives to address complex workforce challenges.
- Experience in developing, clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy aligned to contemporary and best practice human resources and people management.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication, business acumen and consulting and negotiation skills with proven capacity to influence and provide authoritative advice to all levels within an organisation including senior leaders.
- High level written communication skills, including comprehensive advice, presentation, and report writing capabilities with the ability to understand and interpret data and legislation as it relates to HR management activities.
- Proven ability to meet timeframes and competing deadlines, solve a range of high-level and sensitive HR problems, be solutions-focussed, self-directed, self-managed and intrinsically motivated.
- Well-developed knowledge of contemporary human resources management, employment legislation, awards and agreements, policies and to identify and resolve workforce issues.
