What your day will look like….
In this role, you will lead the coordination and management of the Infection Prevention and Control Program, providing clinical and professional leadership. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement infection control strategies, ensuring best practice clinical and health outcomes. Your day will involve mentoring staff, managing resources, and integrating evidence-based practices to optimize patient care. You'll also engage in quality improvement activities, contribute to policy development, and support a positive workplace culture through effective communication and teamwork.
