Your Responsibilities
As the Senior Project Officer (Identified), your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the establishment of shared decision-making boards and the development of a shared decision-making process between the school and the community
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with First Nations people and communities to support engagement of community - Support development of resources, training and mentoring support for school/regional staff to enhance cultural capability and understanding of shared decision-making boards.
Experience in project support and/or project leadership within a First Nations context. - Clear and regular reporting to senior officers and other staff within the division on project progress or other agreed key performance indicators to assist in monitoring and decision making.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
