We are looking for a collaborative and confident educational leader who can drive quality teaching and learning, build strong relationships and deliver positive outcomes for students, supported by strategic thinking, sound resource management and values-based leadership.

Mena Creek State School is a small, welcoming school in the lush Far North Queensland setting, offering Prep to Year 6 students a supportive multi-age learning environment where every child is known, valued and encouraged to achieve their potential. • Provide strategic and future-focused leadership.
• Manage human, financial and physical resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and departmental requirements.
• Champion professional learning and continuous improvement.
