As an Operational Services Officer you will support the delivery of quality operational services within the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service across the following operational service areas:
- Cleaning
- Logistics
- Patient support
- Waste services
- Linen services
If deemed suitable, your details will remain in the Operational Services Officer talent pool and you may be contacted further by GCHHS if an opportunity arises matching your skills and location preferences.
It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against the following vaccine preventable diseases during their employment: measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella (chicken pox), pertussis (whooping cough), hepatitis B and COVID-19.
New employees to the GCHHS are required to undertake a tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required in accordance with the Queensland Health Protocol.
GCHHS may request your participation in other recruitment selection processes (eg. written application, interview etc.) to further determine suitability for employment for specific positions.
