The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Procurement Specialist and Contracts Manager to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide procurement advice and contract support in accordance with policies and procedures
- Support the team in developing best practice procurement plans, sourcing approaches and tendering documentation
- Lead low-medium value end to end sourcing initiatives.
- Manage requests for novations and simple contract variations.
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
- While not mandatory, substantial relevant experience is well regarded
- Analytical skills and experience in spend analytics and/or project delivery is highly desirable
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
- Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

- Permanent full time
- Base salary ranging from $105 568 - $114 861 per annum
