An exciting opportunity is currently available for experienced Registrars or Principal House Officers (Emergency Medicine) to join the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 200,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity: The Emergency Medicine Registrar/Principal House Officer will provide high quality medical care to patients in the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service, and provide leadership to junior medical officers, under the appropriate supervision of senior medical staff.
Several Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Temporary Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $159,810 p.a., comprising salary between $118,444 - $136,602 p.a., (f/t) or competitive salary rates between $59.73 - $68.89 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%) and vocational training subsidy (L4-L9) (Several Temporary Full Time, 76 hours p.f. and Temporary Part Time Positions, hours negotiable, from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
