An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner (Chronic Kidney Disease) to join the Renal Team at the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:
- The Nurse Practitioner, within the individuals credentialed scope of practice, provides nursing leadership, clinical governance, case management and complex clinical care and support for patients within the Renal Department.

Temporary Part Time (38 hours p.f.) from 1st November 2024 until 22nd May 2025 with the possibility of extension.

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer:
You will receive a competative salary between $75.28 - $78.59 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 8) (Temporary Part Time, 38 hours p.f., from 1st November 2024 until 22nd May 2025 with the possibility of extension).
