We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our Continuing Care Team, Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services at the Hervey Bay Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based clinical services to individuals with mental health challenges. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, delivering tailored care to improve mental health outcomes and enhance quality of life for patients.

Eligible Applicants who move to Queensland from an interstate or international jurisdiction to take up permanent or temporary greater than 12 months employment may receive up to $20,000 incentive payments under the Queensland Health Workforce Attraction Scheme

Your opportunity:

• Deliver clinical services within an integrated mental health service environment with a multidisciplinary team focus. The provisions of these services are to consumers and carers experiencing and affected by serious mental disorders and other serious mental health problems across both the community and inpatient settings.
• Participation in all aspects of the Model of Service Delivery including an extended hours service.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,960 - $115,604 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6 (1)), or remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $79,051 - $116,189 p.a. (HP3), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
