Your Opportunity: 

Dates for 2026 fellow year : 02 February 2026 to 31 January 2027

The position of Paediatric Registrar (in the role of Paediatric Advanced Trainee Fellow) will: 

• Provide advanced training in Community Paediatrics for a clinician wishing to pursue a career in, or gain specialist experience in child development, learning and behaviour.
• Develop his/her own professional knowledge and skills in developmental-behavioural paediatrics and community child health through completion of a clinical attachment with one of the 4 specialist ambulatory hubs (Brisbane Central, North or South community hubs and QCH) of the Child Development Program.
• Deliver medical services through participation in clinical duties at Fellow level and in accordance with the policies, practices and values of the Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
• Demonstrate commitment to evidence-based practice, training of others, research and quality improvement activities, including undertaking clinical audits and clinical risk management activities
