Your Opportunity: 

The position of Patient Option Liaison Officer will: 

• Consult and liaise with patients, staff, and private insurers regarding patient options for patients with private health insurance.
• Assist the Team Lead: POLO and Revenue Control in ensuring the timely identification and optimisation of patient fee revenue while ensuring the financial integrity of the revenue collection processes.
• Identify and support the delivery of fee-paying patient services and revenue initiatives within CHQ HHS through a range of activities including information systems management, patient interview and staff education.
