About the role
- To contribute to improved Health Equity for First Nations people in Queensland through a successful implementation of The Programs.
- The role will require extensive travel across Queensland and will be responsible for supporting the implementation and delivery of the programs, while also engaging with senior schooling and tertiary institutes, community and HHS senior staff.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with MNHHS's strategic goals, vision, and values, as outlined above.
- Ensuring the effective planning, implementation, and management of projects aligned with the strategic goals of the First Nations Training Pathway Program team.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding for allocated cluster of Hospital and Health Services, ensure onboarding is completed in a timely manner and meet allocated commencement deadlines.
- Support ongoing program improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and achieve improved health outcomes for First Nations people.
