Human Resources at Logan and Beaudesert Health Service provides a range of people management services to the workforce. Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing regions in the state and provides a range of specialty services for children and adults. Our emergency department is one of the busiest in the state, seeing more than 88,000 presentations each year.

About the Role
- Assist in the provision of a high-level advisory service to line managers within LBHS on a broad range of workforce issues in a complex and diverse environment. This may include contributing to the development of education and training programs; accessing a range of systems to retrieve data and report on trends; coach leaders in taking action on performance and conduct matters.
- Help build capacity within LBHS in the management of grievances, industrial matters and disputes, complex cases, organisational change, performance issues, health management, incidents and injuries, WorkCover claims, and workplace rehabilitation.
- Assist in the review of people management practices and procedures to ensure compliance with contemporary public sector requirements and assist in the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement processes.
- Contribute to the overall effective functioning of the HR team which may include assisting with preparation for and recording of meetings or forums, and other tasks as designated by the leadership team.
