About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Chief Operating Officer will support the delivery of MSH's vision, purpose, values and objectives as outlined in the Health Service's strategic and operational plans.

The ideal candidate for the role Chief Operating Officer will have substantial executive leadership experience in clinical and/or non-clinical services within large multidisciplinary organisations, preferably within a health environment and superior strategic leadership and business capability at an executive level in a large and complex organisation. Qualifications in executive leadership and management, or a health professional qualification would be highly regarded.
