About the Role
As the Administrative Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answer phone calls
- Assist with front counter enquiries, including confidential parent and student communications
- Support student enquiries at the counter
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Provide general first aid and administer medication
- Assist the Head of Department, Principal, and Business Manager with school events and daily tasks
- Perform general data entry
- Use computer applications, including word processing and Microsoft Office
- Handle filing and archiving
