Computer Assistant - Charters Towers School of Distance Education

Charters Towers School of Distance Education is seeking a Computer Assistant to join the team!

This role is the first point of contact for students, parents and staff seeking IT troubleshooting and support.

The position requires a customer service-focused person who will work under the direction of the IT Technician, assisting with the installation and maintenance of IT equipment, developing user-friendly help guides, and supporting a range of IT functions within a School of Distance Education.

This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.79FTE), 60 hours per fortnight.

  • Organisation: Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and manage competing demands effectively.
