About the Role

Public Trust Officers (PTO) are responsible for providing a broad range of support in the provision of advice along with high-quality ongoing service to prospective, new and existing customers. These positions play a key role in contributing to and enhancing the overall customer experience. PTOs have significant interactions with a wide range of people from different cultural backgrounds, who at times may be distressed or upset and who may display challenging behaviours, due to their circumstances or disability.
