What you will do
In the Principal Project Officer P-10 Australian Curriculum: Humanities and Social Sciences role, you will:
- lead, manage and contribute to assigned curriculum and assessment projects within timelines, using allocated resources and involving officers across QCAA and external participants
- lead and participate in project teams to develop policy advice, resources and professional learning that is informed by research and data
- plan and develop resources, and present professional development for teachers and key stakeholders to support the implementation of the P–10 Australian Curriculum: Humanities and Social Sciences
- prepare briefings, correspondence and reports and other high-level correspondence
- liaise with government and non-government educational agencies on assigned projects
- develop and maintain professional relations between QCAA and key stakeholders
- participate in forums, workshops and discussion groups in relation to the work of the QCAA.
Reporting relationships
This role reports to the Manager, K-10 Curriculum and Assessment Branch. No roles report directly to this role.
