Customer Integration Coordinator


Brisbane City

The purpose of the position is to support, coordinate and drive customer outcomes. This position will work within the Project and Network Integration branch, within the Customer and Travel Behaviour team and will be required to support governance meetings, manage stakeholders and support the delivery of project milestones. The position will be required to prepare network and customer impact reports based on multiple sources of information in concise and visually appealing presentation formats.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities to successfully perform the role of Customer Integration Coordinator are as follows:

• review technical documents, identify possible customer changes and work with team members to detail the scale of impacts based on qualitative and quantitative sources

• capture and categorise customer changes based on research and other documented inputs

• assist with governance meetings including secretariat functions, strategic forward agenda setting, preparation of supporting presentations and action/decision register management

• develop positive and professional relationships with a network of key internal and external stakeholders and team members to achieve program outcomes and objectives

• collate, monitor and report on the performance and status of program/project activities to support governance meetings and program integration

• develop simplified presentations and reports for meetings based on detailed information and multiple sources of information 

• work in an adaptive environment including supporting Operational Readiness and Network Disruptions deliverables.
