About the role
Provide the General Manager - Metro North Mental Health with high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support. This role will manage and coordinate the daily schedule of the General Manager - MNMH, facilitating a customer focused, high quality, and efficient service to achieve an optimal level of performance in a demanding executive environment. Liaison is required with a range of high-level key stakeholders within Metro North Mental Health. This role will work alongside the Senior Executive Assistant MNMH to ensure that the support provided to the offices of the General Manager and Executive Director MNMH is coordinated and consistent.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Under the direction of the General Manager, assist with human resource management, leave planning and recruitment.
- Assist to coordinate projects and tasks as directed by the General Manager requiring a high level of bespoke problem solving.
- Perform duties with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion to always ensure adherence to Code of Conduct
- Ensure record management systems and processes are developed and maintained.
