About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide advanced clinical expertise and care for patients with Genitourinary Cancers Funded by the McGrath Foundation, this role supports patients' health needs, preferences, and circumstances to optimise their health and well-being across the continuum of care, including diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, follow-up and palliative care.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning, advanced problem solving skills and expert clinical judgement in relation to Genitourinary Cancer.
• Participate directly or indirectly in the delivery of clinical care, act as a clinical resource, advisor, mentor, role model, and technical expert, in relation to Genitourinary Cancer.
• Support the Assistant Nursing Director, CCS, by identifying inconsistencies between practice and policy, and work in collaboration with the interprofessional team to implement changes.
