Characteristics of AO4 work
As an AO4, work at this level involves prioritising tasks by following established methodologies and aligning results with strategic goals. Your day to day could involve preparing reports, drafting complex correspondence, developing procedural guidelines, and providing information or advice to stakeholders. The roles may involve supervising staff, managing specific processes, or coordinating small teams or programs. Additional duties include offering subject matter expertise, administrative support and representing the organisation in certain areas. Work may be performed independently or in multi-disciplinary teams.
