CQ Health invite applications for the two positions as Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist (Anaesthesia).

The range of services delivered to Central Queenslanders from our recently established building at Rockhampton Hospital continues to grow. We now need more specialists to support our delivery of great care.

Boasting state of the art medical equipment the Anaesthesia service provides opportunities for professional growth. These positions provide an opportunity for newly qualified Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCAs) to consolidate a consultant role in a supportive environment.

Salary Information (L25 – L27, L18 – L24):

Total remuneration value of up to $466,736 p.a. (L27) or $427,063 p.a. (L24) is comprised of:

  • A salary between $225,777 - $239,377 p.a. (L25 – L27) or
  • A salary between $188,800 - $219,301 p.a. (L18 – L24)
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading

Additional benefits to this role include:

  • Professional Development Leave - 3.6 weeks p.a.

  • On-call and Overtime Allowances
