As the Establishment Management and Data Analysis Officer, you will coordinate and maintain systems to monitor and validate the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service establishment data and provide information to relevant stakeholders.

Part of the Establishment Management and Rostering Support Team within Workforce Division, this position assists with the management of the Hospital and Health Service establishment governance, including coordination of job evaluations, non-permanent employment, workforce analysis and reporting.

About us:

Playing an integral role in the effective management of the people resources for our service, Workforce Division takes the lead role in the attraction, retention, learning and development, performance, discipline, change management, safety and well-being, and engagement of our most important asset – “our people”. The Unit comprises approximately 50 human resource practitioners who provide a high quality, client focussed and value adding human resource service to management and staff throughout the Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.

About the role:

Part of the Establishment Management and Rostering Support Team within Workforce Division, this position assists with the management of the Hospital and Health Service (HHS) establishment governance, including coordination of job evaluations, non-permanent employment, workforce analysis and reporting.

  • Coordinate establishment data within the myHR system while supporting any governance processes and procedures related to establishment management.
  • Coordinate Job Evaluation Management (JEMS) processes for Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service and provide advice to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and support to key stakeholders in the use of relevant reports and workforce management systems.

About you:

Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, experience in a payroll and establishment related environment would be well regarded.

  • High-level knowledge and experience in coordination of payroll and establishment related processes.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of employee entitlements as prescribed by relevant legislation, awards, agreements, and policy.
  • High level skills in data analysis and problem solving, including the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
