This opportunity, as a key member in the Office of the Chief Inspector Petroleum and Gas, is a dynamic and diverse business support role for a motivated professional leading and delivering petroleum and gas safety programs.

Key activities for this opportunity include facilitating Petroleum and Gas Inspectorate (PGI) All Staff presentations; leading PGI's readiness for transition from smart form notifications; and providing guidance to ensure the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) aligned governance for the Petroleum and Gas Inspectorate's projects and other regulatory initiatives.

Operating from within the Petroleum and Gas Inspectorate you will be involved in developing and improving business capabilities to facilitate and regulate the carrying out of responsible petroleum and gas activities and the development of a safe, efficient, and viable petroleum and fuel gas industry.

You will influence timely and quality completion of business projects and activities across a diverse portfolio. You will engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders in complex political, organisational, and technical environments.

Candidates with relevant tertiary qualifications and experience and or significant project or government experience or significant experience in strategic activities project management, governance, and or business administration in a regulatory environment will be highly regarded.
