About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused professional to support the day-to-day operations of RSHQ's Accommodation Team and Northern Explosive Reserves. This varied role combines administration, facilities coordination, finance, procurement, security support and stakeholder engagement, providing essential business support services across the organisation.
You will be responsible for preparing contracts and supporting procurement activities, processing invoices, supporting accommodation and facilities management, managing staff access and security processes, and maintaining key business systems and records. Working closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will help ensure efficient workplace operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects.
