We are looking for exceptional Palliative Care consultants to join our team within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).

SCHHS Salary includes:

• Base salary comprising of between
  • Staff Specialist L18 – L24 – $100.77 - $117.05 p.h.
  • Senior Staff Specialist L25 – L27 - $120.51 - $127.77 p.h.
• Motor vehicle allowance (pro rata for Part-time)
  • Staff Specialist L18 – L24 $21,000 p.a.
  • Senior Staff Specialist L25 – L27 $25,500 p.a.
• Attraction and Retention Allowance up to 50% of base salary 
• Professional development allowance $21,500 p.a. (pro rata for Part-time)

The Staff Specialist/Senior Staff Specialist (Palliative Medicine) will work within the Palliative Care team that sits within the Caloundra Health Service (CHS) Group.

These roles are responsible for providing high quality Palliative Medicine medical management and is required to work flexibly and rotate across the SCHHS, Palliative Care Service, as operationally required.

This will include work in (but not limited to):

–              Community Palliative Care

–              Consultation Liaison Palliative Care

–              Inpatient and Outpatient Palliative Care

–              State-wide services including the Specialist Palliative Rural Telehealth Service (SPaRTa)
