An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Coordinator, Operational Support Services who will lead the effective, efficient and safe operation of Environmental and Food Services.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a patient centred service at Nambour Hospital, applying your significant experience within a health care environment. Your well-developed knowledge of the relevant guidelines and policy will provide a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

Reporting to the SCHHS Managers of Food and Integrated Operational Services (IOS), you will initiate implement and action logic strategic and improvement plans to achieve broader organisational goals. You will liaise with Clinical Services to deliver a quality patient experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensure Environmental and Food Services at Nambour General Hospital are focused on improving the patient experience and meeting KPI's.
• Achieve business outcomes through innovative approaches to maximise customer satisfaction, quality and financial integrity of all operations.
• In consultation with the Managers Integrated Operational and Food Services initiate, implement and action local strategic and quality improvement plans that meet current and future demands.

Remuneration value up to $114,177 p.a., comprising salary between $94,926- $100,071 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (OO6).
