Clinical Nurse/Allied Health Clinical Educator (Training)

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Clinical Educator (Allied Health or Nursing) to join our Digital Health Systems Support (DHSS) team. This role supports the training and optimisation of clinical systems such as the integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). Working within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality digital training and education to frontline clinicians. Whether you are an Allied Health professional or a Clinical Nurse, your expertise will help ensure safe, effective, and confident use of digital health systems through tailored training, resource development, and hands-on support across SCHHS.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • The Digital Health Systems Support (DHSS) team has been established to support SCHHS staff to operate the ieMR and champion SCHHS optimisation initiatives. The DHSS has five objectives
    • Ensuring safe use of the system
    • Optimising usage of the digital system
    • Delivering enhancements and upgrades
    • Training new staff
    • Managing downtime.

Remuneration value up to $110,151 p.a., comprising salary rates $54.44 - $69.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) / HP4) (part time position, 53.2 hrs p.f.).
