We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the promotion of our school within the local and wider community.

You will be responsible for coordinating marketing and communication activities that support student enrolments, strengthen community engagement, and ensure consistent messaging aligned with the school’s vision and values.

  • Oversee website content, social media, and publications
  • Coordinate enrolment promotion and school events
  • Liaise with media and external providers as required
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives & build recognised 'brand' of school
  • Developing high-quality written and digital communications
  • Working collaboratively with the Principal and leadership team
  • Seeking & promoting good news stories

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or a related field
  • Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills
  • Experience managing digital platforms and social media
  • Understanding of branding, enrolment marketing, and community engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a school or public-sector environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Queensland state school contexts is desirable.
