About the Role:
As the Industry & Vocational Training Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students to identify, access and succeed in vocational and industry-aligned pathways.
You will work closely with students, families, staff, training organisations and industry partners to ensure every learner has access to informed, supported and purposeful post-school options.
This is a highly relational role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys working with young people and is motivated by seeing students grow in confidence and direction.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Support students to explore and access vocational education, training and employment pathways
- Coordinate and manage VET programs, work experience and industry placements
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry, employers, RTOs and community organisations
- Provide guidance and support to students in pathway planning and decision-making
- Monitor student progress and compliance requirements related to VET and vocational programs
