About the Role:
As the Executive Services and Marketing Officer you will:
- Contribute to the effective and efficient management and administration of the school by providing a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Principal/Executive Principal/Senior Executive Team.
- Assist in the development of innovative marketing and communication strategies and the coordination of special events for the school.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level confidential executive and administrative support to school leadership.
- Coordinate school marketing, communications, publications, newsletters and website content.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, promotional materials and social media presence.
- Coordinate major school events, ceremonies and community engagement activities.
- Maintain effective administrative systems, records management and reporting processes.
- Build and maintain partnerships with media, alumni, industry and wider community stakeholders.
