About the Role:

This is an event-focused marketing role with a strong emphasis on planning, promoting, coordinating, and capturing the key events of Term 4. • Year 10 Semi-Formal
  • Musical Performance - “Under the Stars”
  • Primary School Transition Day

You'll be involved across the full event cycle — building anticipation before each event, developing communications and event materials, supporting the smooth delivery of events on the day, and capturing the stories, images, and highlights that showcase each event.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating event promotion and communications across newsletters, social media, the school website, and other school channels.
  • Creating and coordinating event materials such as invitations, programs, signage, and promotional content, supported by our established Graphic Designer.
  • Working closely with staff, students, families, and event teams to coordinate communications and help create positive event experiences.
  • Capturing high-quality photos, video, and stories before, during, and after events to showcase achievements and memorable moments.
  • Supporting event coordination and on-the-day logistics to help major school events run smoothly and professionally.
  • Ensuring every event communication and piece of content reflects our school brand, values, and the purpose of the event.

About You:

  • You're highly organised, enjoy bringing events to life, and have great attention to detail.
  • You have strong communication and design skills, with confidence using tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social media platforms, and email newsletters.

  • You're adaptable and thrive in the busy, exciting pace of school events.
  • You have a genuine interest in education and community connection.
