We are seeking a reliable, proactive and motivated Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the school by coordinating enrolment processes and providing high-quality administrative support to students, families and staff.
You will play an
important role in maintaining accurate student records and delivering a welcoming, organised and responsive enrolment experience that supports successful transitions into the school community.
This is a temporary full-time position until 11 April 2027, unless otherwise determined.

About the Role:
As the Administration Officer, you will support the effective management of student enrolment processes by providing accurate, timely and professional administrative services. Working collaboratively with school staff, students and families, you will ensure enrolment records, documentation and communication are managed efficiently while contributing to a positive and welcoming experience for all members of the school community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate and manage student enrolment processes, including responding to enquiries, processing applications and supporting student onboarding and transitions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring enrolment documentation, data entry and information systems are updated in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to prospective and current students, families and staff, ensuring enquiries are managed in a timely, professional and welcoming manner.
- Support the coordination of enrolment communications, including information requests, interviews, enrolment appointments and transition activities.
- Monitor enrolment documentation and compliance requirements, ensuring records are complete, accurate and maintained in accordance with legislative and procedural requirements.
- Liaise collaboratively with school leadership, teaching staff and external stakeholders to support effective enrolment planning and student transitions.
- Contribute to the effective operation of the administration team through general administrative support, data management and continuous improvement of enrolment processes and systems.
- Assist in the preparation of enrolment reports, student data and related administrative documentation to support school planning and operational requirements.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for students, families and visitors, supporting positive engagement with the school community.
- Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position, as directed by the Principal or nominated delegate.
