Your opportunity:

As Business Manager at Currumbin Valley State School, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation and ongoing success of our school.

  • Working closely with the Principal and as a valued member of our team, you will lead and coordinate key business and administrative functions, including finance, human resources, facilities and corporate services.
  • This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and solutions-focused, and who enjoys working collaboratively with staff, families and the wider community.
  • You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, improve processes and provide practical advice and solutions that support the effective operation of the school.
  • Our Business Manager is an integral part of that team, helping to create the conditions in which our staff can focus on providing the best possible learning experiences and outcomes for our students.
  • The Business Manager reports to the Principal or nominated delegate and works within established departmental policies, procedures and guidelines, seeking specialist advice where required.
