As the Director, People and Culture you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in relation to a range of human resource management initiatives and challenges at State Library of Queensland.

This is a highly visible role with significant influence. You will be a key player in steering the People and Culture branch towards contemporary strategies and services. We are seeking a strategic human resources professional with excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Reporting to the Executive Director, Corporate Services and with four direct reports, this position offers a unique opportunity to make an impact on the culture of the Library.
