About the Role
- Comply with and utilise procedures, policies, regulations, and standards which impact upon the position, including contemporary human resource management requirements and practices, such as workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination policies.
- Operate as professionally responsible to the Clinical Director of Anaesthetics. Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
- Provide specialist anaesthetic, perioperative, pain management and related services for patients undergoing elective surgery.
- Undertake anaesthetic outpatient consultations, perioperative assessments and consultations and other specialist anaesthesia services as required.
- Maintain currency and familiarity with STARS models of care, clinical workflows, and digital systems.
