About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to function as a member of the team in the provision of sterilisation services under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Contribute to the effective coordination of sterilisation services for STARS Equipment and Clinical Supplies in the provision of safe quality care.
- Assist in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement and change to promote safe work activities, report workplace incidents and participate in collaborative review of systems and processes.
- Work collaboratively with the interprofessional health care team to promote the safety, security and personal integrity of individuals and groups.
